Scope

Rock and Mineral Analysis closely focuses on the development frontier of Earth system science, the latest progress and development trend of natural resource experimental tests. The major aims of the journal are to report the theoretical and method innovation in the field of high precision, sensitivity and spatial-resolution in situ microanalysis technology, isotope analysis technology, element speciation analysis technology, new pollutant analysis technology, ecological restoration technology of typical site, on-site rapid detection and analysis technology, new automatic and green sample processing technology, and important standard material development technology. Topics reflect the basic, forward-looking and original research results of experimental testing technology in solving key problems in key fields such as critical minerals, energy geology, marine geology, ecological geology, GeoHealth, agricultural geology, hydrogeology, and karst geology. The journal is dedicated to promoting sci-tech innovation and analysis technology progress of Geology, Environment, Ecology, Analytical Chemistry and relative interdisciplinary fields. The SJR is a size-independent prestige indicator that ranks journals by their 'average prestige per article'. It is based on the idea that 'all citations are not created equal'. SJR is a measure of scientific influence of journals that accounts for both the number of citations received by a journal and the importance or prestige of the journals where such citations come from It measures the scientific influence of the average article in a journal, it expresses how central to the global scientific discussion an average article of the journal is.
