Scope

Vegueta: Anuario de la Facultad de Geografía e Historia (eISSN: 2341-1112) is a scientific journal, biannually since 2021, published by the School of Geography and History of the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. It is an interdisciplinary journal that publishes original and unpublished research papers in any of the usual languages in the academic field, about History, Geography and Art History, once they pass an anonymous evaluation process by experts (double blind system). The journal is divided into three sections: Dossier, Studies and Reviews. The Dossier section is open to the publication of monographic topics, necessarily interdisciplinary, coordinated and reviewed by a specialist in the field. The Studies section publishes original and unpublished research papers sent to the journal, once they pass the anonymous evaluation process by external experts. The Reviews section publishes critical reviews of significant monographs in the thematic scope of the journal. Join the conversation about this journal
