Scope

Journal of Cyber Security and Mobility is an international, open-access, peer reviewed journal publishing original research, review/survey, and tutorial papers on all cyber security fields including information, computer & network security, cryptography, digital forensics etc. but also interdisciplinary articles that cover privacy, ethical, legal, economical aspects of cyber security or emerging solutions drawn from other branches of science, for example, nature-inspired. The journal aims at becoming an international source of innovation and an essential reading for IT security professionals around the world by providing an in-depth and holistic view on all security spectrum and solutions ranging from practical to theoretical. Its goal is to bring together researchers and practitioners dealing with the diverse fields of cybersecurity and to cover topics that are equally valuable for professionals as well as for those new in the field from all sectors industry, commerce and academia. This journal covers diverse security issues in cyber space and solutions thereof. As cyber space has moved towards the wireless/mobile world, issues in wireless/mobile communications and those involving mobility aspects will also be published. Quartiles

The set of journals have been ranked according to their SJR and divided into four equal groups, four quartiles. Q1 (green) comprises the quarter of the journals with the highest values, Q2 (yellow) the second highest values, Q3 (orange) the third highest values and Q4 (red) the lowest values.

The SJR is a size-independent prestige indicator that ranks journals by their 'average prestige per article'. It is based on the idea that 'all citations are not created equal'. SJR is a measure of scientific influence of journals that accounts for both the number of citations received by a journal and the importance or prestige of the journals where such citations come from It measures the scientific influence of the average article in a journal, it expresses how central to the global scientific discussion an average article of the journal is.

Citations per document

This indicator counts the number of citations received by documents from a journal and divides them by the total number of documents published in that journal. The chart shows the evolution of the average number of times documents published in a journal in the past two, three and four years have been cited in the current year. The two years line is equivalent to journal impact factor ™ (Thomson Reuters) metric.
