The mission of the Journal of Psychological Issues in Organizational Culture is to showcase work of the practitioner/scholar in the fields of psychology, organizational development, leadership, and behavior. The purpose of the journal is to explore contemporary issues in today’s society which affect the dynamics of the diverse workplaces. This is a professional journal which encourages critical thinking and mindful inquiry, while promoting research that is inclusive of the diverse nature of humanity and includes, among others, the effects of diversity within the realm of religion, gender, race, and ethnicity.
Content areas will involve counseling, psychotherapy, health psychology, neuropsychology, globalization, management, systems, and leadership in the context of organizational culture. This Journal of Psychological Issues in Organizational Culture presents research based writings which include both quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
The editorial team are clinicians and consultants who also serve as university faculty, demonstrating the importance of serving in the field and sharing that knowledge in the classroom.
