Scope

Russian Journal of Human Reproduction was founded in 1995 as the main source of professional information for Russian specialists in the field of infertility treatment, researchers, graduate students, applicants. It covers such areas of human reproduction as conservative methods of infertility treatment, assisted reproductive technologies, reproductive surgery, endoscopy, endocrinology, immunology, embryology, genetics, andrology, sexology, psychology, morphology, management of pregnancy and labor after infertility treatment, experimental aspects of reproduction. The journal also includes analytical articles on comparative assessment of efficiency in different therapeutic and diagnostic approaches, as well as quality and possibilities of instrumental and laboratory methods. The SJR is a size-independent prestige indicator that ranks journals by their 'average prestige per article'. It is based on the idea that 'all citations are not created equal'. SJR is a measure of scientific influence of journals that accounts for both the number of citations received by a journal and the importance or prestige of the journals where such citations come from It measures the scientific influence of the average article in a journal, it expresses how central to the global scientific discussion an average article of the journal is.
