We received 506 submissions from 32 countries; each received an average of 3.8 reviews from our global team of 372 technical reviewers representing academia, government and industry. I would like to express my immense gratitude to the technical committee for their hard work in organizing the review process, and to the reviewers for freely providing their time and expertise to ensure the technical integrity of the conference. The program resulting from the review process comprises 345 papers, with 194 assigned to oral sessions and 151 to be presented as posters. There are 11 invited sessions in topics including Antenna Technology, Shared Spectrum Systems, Advanced Algorithms for Radar Detection, Compressive Sensing for Radar & ESM, Advances in Application of Micro Doppler Signatures & Techniques, Radar for Indoor Monitoring Applications, Space Radar, Radar for Weather and Drone Detection, and Environmental & Civil / Security Radar. The remaining papers have been organized into sessions in the areas of Emerging Technology and Techniques, Radar Systems and Subsystems, Signal and Data Processing, and Phenomenology.
