Scope

The focus of Trans/Form/Ação: Revista de Filosofia is to publish research articles either on philosophy or on relevant topics involving a philosophical approach. This scope promotes debate and exchange of ideas and texts among researchers from Brazil and abroad. Area of interest: Philosophy. The first issue of Trans/Form/Ação: Revista de Filosofia was published in 1974 by the Philosophy Department of the extinct Faculdade de Filosofia, Ciências e Letras de Assis (Faculty of Philosophy, Sciences and Letters of Assis), which in 1976 became part of the Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP). Few years later the Department moved to the Campus of Marília.
