Scope "Acta Haematologica" is a well established and internationally recognized journal featuring balanced, wide-ranging coverage of current hematology research. A wealth of information on such problems as anemia, leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, hereditary disorders, blood coagulation, growth factors, hematopoiesis and differentiation is contained in first-rate basic and clinical papers. In particular, the journal has established itself as a special platform for noteworthy case reports of practical value to the clinical hematologist. These are supplemented by short state-of-the-art communications, reviews and correspondence as well as occasional special issues devoted to "hot topics" in hematology. (source)

Evolution of the number of total citation per document and external citation per document (i.e. journal self-citations removed) received by a journal's published documents during the three previous years. External citations are calculated by subtracting the number of self-citations from the total number of citations received by the journal’s documents.
