Journal of Organizational Change Management

Journal of Organizational Change Management (JOCM) provides alternative philosophies for organizational change and development. It encourages the exploration of philosophies including critical theory, postmodernism and poststructuralism and is interested in qualitative analyses of change, discourse and change practices. The journal encourages interdisciplinary approaches such as organization and ecology, consumption and production and rhetorics and theatrics of change and development. International and interdisciplinary in its approach, the journal offers a wealth of valuable material to the organization committed to the choice for change. Already acknowledged as a leading publication in the field, it presents contributions from distinguished practitioners, thinkers and academics in the field; so that implementing change in your organization will be workable, desirable, and above all, effective. JOCM publishes papers which offer a detailed analysis and discussion on the philosophies and practices which underpin successful organizational change, thus building a more promising future for the societies and organizations of tomorrow. It also welcomes articles which tie into, or disagree with, themes from prior issues. Coverage includes, but is not restricted to, adapting strategic planning to the need for change, leadership research, responsibility for change implementation and follow-through, the psychology of change and its effect on the workforce and Total Quality Management.

SJR

The SJR is a size-independent prestige indicator that ranks journals by their 'average prestige per article'. It is based on the idea that 'all citations are not created equal'. SJR is a measure of scientific influence of journals that accounts for both the number of citations received by a journal and the importance or prestige of the journals where such citations come from It measures the scientific influence of the average article in a journal, it expresses how central to the global scientific discussion an average article of the journal is.
