Scope

A Revista Direito GV publica artigos de direito ou de abordagem interdisciplinar, que resultem de pesquisas empíricas e teóricas em diálogo com os campos de pesquisa em direito e desenvolvimento, direito e sociedade e direito e economia. Sua missão é difundir resultados de pesquisas que adotem uma perspectiva de reflexão sobre o direito “em contexto” e um conceito de desenvolvimento que vai além da ideia de crescimento econômico, incorporando a promoção de liberdades e direitos fundamentais, a consolidação da democracia, a superação do passado colonial e das desigualdades, e o combate às variadas formas de opressão, tais como de raça, gênero e orientação sexual. Os artigos podem abordar o direito tanto a partir da descrição, observação, análise, diagnóstico, crítica e propositura de soluções para o funcionamento das instituições jurídicas quanto por meio de reflexões dogmáticas abertas ao contexto social e atentas às disputas sociopolíticas e econômicas que se dão por meio da gramática do direito. Os artigos devem ser inéditos (nacional ou internacionalmente) e originais. Por inéditos entendemos os artigos não publicados em nenhum outro meio impresso ou digital em português ou em idioma estrangeiro. Por originais entendemos os textos que inovam dentro do campo de pesquisa em que se inserem. A critério do Corpo Editorial, a revista poderá publicar artigos não inéditos de excepcional valor acadêmico. Dentro de seu escopo temático, a revista também publica resenhas inéditas de livros publicados nos últimos dois anos e traduções de textos de autores estrangeiros cuja difusão seja fundamental para o desenvolvimento da pesquisa acadêmica brasileira. Quartiles

The set of journals have been ranked according to their SJR and divided into four equal groups, four quartiles. Q1 (green) comprises the quarter of the journals with the highest values, Q2 (yellow) the second highest values, Q3 (orange) the third highest values and Q4 (red) the lowest values.

SJR

The SJR is a size-independent prestige indicator that ranks journals by their 'average prestige per article'. It is based on the idea that 'all citations are not created equal'. SJR is a measure of scientific influence of journals that accounts for both the number of citations received by a journal and the importance or prestige of the journals where such citations come from It measures the scientific influence of the average article in a journal, it expresses how central to the global scientific discussion an average article of the journal is.

Citations per document

This indicator counts the number of citations received by documents from a journal and divides them by the total number of documents published in that journal. The chart shows the evolution of the average number of times documents published in a journal in the past two, three and four years have been cited in the current year. The two years line is equivalent to journal impact factor ™ (Thomson Reuters) metric.
