Scope

The IEEE Western Saudi Arabia Section, the IEEE Computer Society, and the IEEE Computational Intelligence Chapters Co-sponsored 2017 2nd International Conference on Anti-Cyber Crimes (ICACC) held during March 26-27, 2017, at King Khalid University. ICACC is an annual conference that brings together leading academicians, researchers, students, authorities, and agencies responsible for security, safety and law enforcement to interact and exchange pertinent ideas related to Anti-Cybercrimes. ICACC 2017 is the 22nd IEEE sponsored conference in the Kingdom, and the dignitaries from IEEE Western Saudi Arabia Section and King Khalid University participated in various committees of the conference. SJR

The SJR is a size-independent prestige indicator that ranks journals by their 'average prestige per article'. It is based on the idea that 'all citations are not created equal'. SJR is a measure of scientific influence of journals that accounts for both the number of citations received by a journal and the importance or prestige of the journals where such citations come from It measures the scientific influence of the average article in a journal, it expresses how central to the global scientific discussion an average article of the journal is.
