welcome to the 2015 Tenth International Conference on Computer Engineering & Systems (ICCES). Organizing this annual event has been a continuous success for nearly a decade. This conference provides a forum to exchange experiences and promote new trends in the field of computer and systems engineering. This year, the conference adopts four tracks of scientific research: • Hardware, • Networks, • Software, and • Systems & DSP Researchers around the world were invited to submit their contributions in different topics such as: embedded systems, real time systems, software engineering, wireless sensor networks, data mining, parallel & distributed computing, cloud computing, signal & image processing, biomedical engineering, smart systems, control systems, robotics, and other exciting topics about how to make our daily life more luxurious using the integration between computer engineering and systems.

SJR

The SJR is a size-independent prestige indicator that ranks journals by their 'average prestige per article'. It is based on the idea that 'all citations are not created equal'. SJR is a measure of scientific influence of journals that accounts for both the number of citations received by a journal and the importance or prestige of the journals where such citations come from It measures the scientific influence of the average article in a journal, it expresses how central to the global scientific discussion an average article of the journal is.
